Volunteer Hospice Services

Volunteer visitors provide emotional and practical support to those with life-threatening or terminal illness.  Volunteers are specially trained, caring, dedicated individuals who offer their knowledge and experience to help both the client and their family through the disease process, treatment and outcome of their illness.

Hospice Palliative Care is the final and most precious gift we can offer our loved ones.

Hospice provides:

  • Companionship through home visits
  • Respite care, to give at home caregivers a break
  • Emotional support for all loved ones
  • Telephone support, friendship, sharing and listening
  • Support for coping with change and loss
  • Ongoing bereavement support after the death of a loved one

Choice of care is the heart of Hospice Palliative Care.

We accept referrals from individuals and family members, health and social agencies, physicians, nurses, clergy and others.
